Forest Bathing
Step away from the pace of daily life and experience the mountains in a different way. These guided Forest Bathing walks invite participants to slow down, engage their senses and connect more deeply with the natural world.
Through a series of simple invitations, we’ll explore the sights, sounds, textures, scents, and rhythms of the landscape, allowing the forest to become more than scenery. Each walk offers an opportunity to reduce stress, restore attention, and cultivate a deeper sense of connection—to nature, to others and to ourselves.
No experience is necessary, and no special level of fitness is required. Just bring your curiosity, a willingness to slow down, and a desire to experience the Vail Valley from a fresh perspective.
