half-day team building
Imagine a retreat where you enjoy a hike with llamas and then finish the day with wine and appetizers in the beauty of a mountain setting. The setting may include a day of rock climbing or a backcountry hike while incorporating a series of team building activities that will provide a unique leadership development experience for your team.
full-day adventure
For the more adventurous, choose a full day ski tour or hike, providing extended opportunities for team building or time for personal reflections in a natural setting. We invite you to try a new kind of corporate offsite, one you will always remember added value to your organizational retreat.
multi-day retreat
Hike or ski into a beautiful backcountry cabin with your group. You each carry a small pack with your personal items, and upon arrival, you can unwind and relax in a warm, comfortable cabin with incredible views. We can customize your trip to include facilitated meetings, specific topic discussions, or just fun and relaxation. The next day, go skiing or hiking during the day and return to the cabin for another great meal, evening meeting or a night of socialization with your team.
